Aurox Meat Affiliate Program — Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 24 May 2025

Thank you for your interest in the Aurox Affiliate Program, operated through Refersion. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation and are designed to protect both you and our brand.

By joining the program, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a country where affiliate marketing is legal. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion and may revoke access at any time for any reason.

2. Commission & Payouts

•  Commission Rate: 10% of net sales (excluding shipping, discounts, and returns) 

•  Cookie Duration: 30 days.

•  Payout Threshold: Minimum £100 before a payout is issued.

•  Payment Method: [PayPal / Bank Transfer], monthly payouts processed ~30 days after month-end.

•  Returns/Chargebacks: Commissions on refunded or cancelled orders will be reversed.

3. Promotion Guidelines

•  Use only approved Aurox Meat branding assets provided through Refersion.  If creating unique content, approval must be submitted to Aurox via email at [email protected] before distribution.

•  Do not make false or misleading claims.

•  No spamming, cookie stuffing, or use of unauthorised coupon codes.

•  No bidding on Aurox-related search terms in PPC ads.

•  Clearly disclose affiliate relationships (e.g. #ad or #affiliate in posts) and paid promotion where required by local law.

•  No bulk email sends unless explicitly approved in writing.

4. Content & Channel Restrictions

You may not promote Aurox Meat via:

•  Sites with adult content, hate speech, or illegal activities.

•  Coupon/cashback platforms without permission.

•  Imitation domains or misleading brand misspellings.

5. Intellectual Property

Aurox Meat Ltd. retains all rights to its brand assets. Affiliates are not permitted to alter or misrepresent these materials.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time. On termination, you must immediately remove all links and references to Aurox Meat.

7. Data Protection & GDPR

For affiliates operating in the UK and EU:

•  You agree to process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, and only for the purposes of participating in the Aurox Meat Affiliate Program.

•  We collect and process only the data necessary to track sales and issue payments (e.g. name, email address, and PayPal/bank details). This data is processed under the lawful basis of contractual necessity and legitimate interest.

•  Your data is shared with Refersion and payment providers only as required for program administration.

•  You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise your rights.

•  By joining the program, you consent to the processing of your data for affiliate tracking, commission payments, and program communication.

•  Affiliates must also ensure that any data they collect or use in promoting Aurox Meat Ltd. complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining proper consent for cookies or email marketing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your participation. No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted tracking or payouts in the case of third-party technical issues.

9. Modifications

We may amend these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance. Changes will be communicated via email or affiliate dashboard.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in UK courts.
